PNR has developed a comprehensive range of tank washing devices since it started production in 1968. Primarily this has been the quest to produce CIP wash machines with greater efficiency,
but it is also to assure we produce the highest quality product we can.
Environmental considerations
have also been influential; the need to reduce energy and water consumption and also the disposal of effluents; chosing the the
right tank washing head can be very energy efficient.
Our range of tank cleaning devices, from the classic fixed head, to the more sophisticated
models, have been developed to cope with the most demanding
of industrial applications.

Fixed Tank Cleaning (CIP) Spray Nozzles
|
|
  The
most basic tank-washing device still used in thousands of tank
cleaning applications.
Due to their low impact properties and high volume fluid requirements,
they are most suitable for small tanks where easily cleaned
liquids and non-sticking powders need to be eliminated. Our
models UAA & UAB are made out of high quality stainless
steel and cover most applications; we will also quote for special
models to suit individual requirements. |
|
Single Axis Tank Cleaning (CIP) Nozzles | Reaction Drive
|
|
These popular devices perform very satisfactory in a great number of general applications, with limited size tanks. |
|
Single Axis Tank Cleaning Nozzle | Motor Drive
|
 In
a motor-driven tank cleaning nozzle the head rotates around a
single axis at a controlled speed.
The nozzle head rotates using a simple motor that limits the
speed to a few rpm.
Thus the jets do not break into droplets, and all their
impact force is used to impinge on the tank wall. |
