Swivel nozzles

This range of moulded nozzles we offer are designed to fit PNR ZLF, ZPF , ZPQ and ZPL/N clamps.

They are available with flat jet and hollow cone spray patterns and a number of spray angle sizes too.

A selection of nozzles from our General Purpose Spray Nozzle catalogue will also fit into our threaded sphere design. Often in pre-treatment plants a 1/4" stainless steel flat jet is fitted into the threaded ball. We also have fittings for 1/8" female threaded spheres.

Pipe Clamps

PNR pre-treatment pipe clamps vary in design but all use the same system for the swivel nozzles and ball with nozzle (mentioned above) and retaining caps.

Our designs have been developed to suit the different type of metal surface finishing plants that all require their own suitable pre-treatment clamps, nozzles and assembly fittings for production. Some are more robust and heavy duty and others are designed for quick removal and ease of assembly and maintenance.

We have single spring clip clamps, double clips, screw fit and quick release systems.

Clamp spigot sizes are designed to fit pipes with 14.3mm, 17mm or 20mm hole sizes and the range covers 1 1/2" to 2" pipe sizes. So, we should be able to assist you with any pre-treatment requirement you have.

This flexible range of clamps and nozzle assemblies is often used outside of the pre-treatment industry and can be adapted to a wide variety of applications including dust suppression.

ZPF Screw-fit pipe clamps

ZPF clamps combine the convenience of flexible nozzle spray direction whilst also allowing for quick and easy assembly.

With spigot sizes available to fit 14.3mm, 17mm or 20mm holes, it is possible to fit a wide range of nozzles without having to weld a nipple to pipe work.

The initial assembly just requires fixing the pipe clamp in place using a self-tapping screw. Thereafter, checking and replacing the nozzles can be quick and is easily completed without the use of tools.

As with other all other PNR clamp types. The clamp can be fitted with an all-in-one swivel moulded body or as a two part piece made up from a female threaded sphere (ZB types) and a nozzle screwed in to that. Thread sizes are from 1/8” and 1/2”. For extra strength, 1 1/2” clamps have a stainless steel threaded nut moulded into the body of the clamp.

ZPQ Quick release pipe clamps

ZPQ quick release piple clamps significantly reduce the time and labour required for maintenance, disassembling and cleaning operations.

A patented cam and lever system quickly secures the clamp to the pipe without the aid of tools.

ZPQ clamps use the same retaining nut and sphere
nozzles as the other PNR clamps.

ZPL/ZPN Spring clip pipe clamps

ZPL (single clip) and ZPN (double clip) pipe clamps are an efficient and cost-effective solution to fit nozzles in light duty plants.

The clamp can be fit to the pipe quickly and without tools locking the profiled spring around the pipe, minimizing the time required to install or service a plant.

Quick couplers

PNR couplings offer sturdy bodies and high quality materials to withstand the mechanical stress and chemical attacks where they are used. Standard types come with sintered 316 stainless steel levers and synthetic rubber seals. PVDF levers and Viton seals are available as an option.

ZSA quick couplers are available in a wide range of different assemblies, including types with fixed pointing, levers in special materials and other combinations.

Eductors

They can be used for paint and chemical agitation and also for heating water tanks by injecting steam through them and thus utilising an existing steam-line in the plant.
