Air blowing nozzles

In many industrial processes, products have to be cleaned, dried, de-dusted, cooled or even displaced, for example; on a conveyor system. Streamlined air nozzles allow a small jet of high-pressure air to entrain a larger volume of surrounding air.

The resulting air stream has a low velocity and a high mass, which preserves the impact efficiency and reduces noise levels and air consumption.

Wash guns & hose reels

Pharmaceutical, chemical and food plants require high levels of cleanliness to be maintained at all times.

In addition to our tank washing nozzles (CIP), we offer a variety of nozzles, lances and retractable hoses. We also offer high-pressure guns and lances.

Mixing eductors

Water eductors can be a simple solution to a variety of problems.

We offer a range of eductors for several applications.

For instance:

Keeping solutions mixed in vessels, tanks or vats | producing hot water from an existing steam line | heating liquids in reservoirs by means of steam | emptying tanks using a high pressure jet of water.

Line filters

A blocked nozzle in a plant can cause anything from an annoying cleaning job to severe problems.

A well-protected filter should always protect a spraying system setup.

Atomizer nozzle accessories

Pressure tanks are great for where a liquid supply is not easily accessible or available.

PNR pressure tanks operate under pressure. The tank is partially filled with liquid and then pressurised with a compressed air supply.

The unit can then operate completely independently and supplying one or more atomizer spray nozzles at the same time.

Pipe joints, swivel joints & quick coupling joints

PNR can supply you with metal swivel joints to suit any of your spraying systems requirements, as well as modern quick coupling joints made out of high technology plastic materials. Our quick coupling joints are also widely used in the pre-treatment processes of the metal finishing industry.
