PROPER FILTERING FOR THE WASHING LIQUID
Small
inner passages and precision machined parts are typically
found in tank washing equipment. In cases where the washing
cycle uses a recycled solution, solid particles may affect
the washing operation. In these setups we would recommend
a suitable line filter be used, see our accessories catalogue
for details.

|
CORRECT CHOICE FOR WASHING CYCLE AND SOLUTION
Based
on the type of product that is to be cleaned, each process
should be examined very carefully in order to define the appropriate
washing fluid, the desired temperature, wash time and the
correct jet pressure.

ADEQUATE MOTIVE MECHANISM
The number of products that need to be removed from a tank
is near to endless and each one has its own unique properties.
This can require several types of washing cycles, our range
of heads have sufficient versatility to combat these differing
requirements.

CLEANING RADIUS / WETTING RADIUS
Many applications may only require a rinse to clean inside
a vessel, and therefore the wetting radius or a jet set at
it lowest projection maybe all that is required for a sufficient
wash. However, for heavily soiled vessels, high-pressure cleaning
and the correct cleaning radius are desirable for an effective
wash. We shall be glad to put our experience at you service,
and advise you about the most suitable equipment to perform
your washing job with an optimum performance.
