PROPORTIONAL & VOLUMETRIC DOSING SYSTEM
This is a highly sophisticated mixing system for use in many
industrial applications where it is required to have a ready-made
solution available at a constant calculated concentration.
Typical applications could be: making of cutting oil solutions,
detergent solutions, die casting and foundry drop forging
lubricating and anywhere where it is necessary to have, ready
for use, a solution automatically made to a very specific
dosage.
POWER SUPPLY
To power the unit it is only necessary to have a compressed
air supply and a pumped water supply. The mixing is very accurate
and once set will maintain the same ratio of mix irrespective
of a change in water pressure.
